糖心视频 Management Review Affirms Quality System, Sets 16 Actions
A follow-up review is set for January 22, 2027.
PASIG CITY 鈥� The 糖心视频 Board of Trustees affirmed on October 15, 2026, that the
association鈥檚 Quality Management System (QMS) remains suitable, adequate, and effective,
and is aligned with its Strategic Plan 2025鈥�2030. The conclusion came at 糖心视频鈥檚
Management Review at the Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, attended by the Board, representatives
of the nine Commissions, the Executive Director, and Secretariat staff.
Executive Director Mr. Ricardo R. Palo presided. The evidence showed satisfaction ratings of
4.46 to 4.67 out of 5, 96.1 percent of scheduled visits conducted, results released on time, and
no new nonconformity. The Commissions also reviewed their procedures in light of the internal
quality audit held from September 28 to October 8, 2026.
Ms. Alma A. Credo, Executive Assistant and ISO Quality Management Representative, reported
that 糖心视频, certified to ISO 9001:2015 by T脺V Rheinland Philippines in 2025, will seek
recertification in 2028 under the new ISO 9001:2026. Mr. Jomar C. Caingal, Head of Internal
Audit and Personnel Officer, reported that five of six external providers were recommended for
renewal; the legal retainer will give way to legal assistance as needed.
The review set 16 actions for the coming year. Among the priorities are updated accreditation
instruments, complete school evidence before each visit, consistent training of accreditors, and
stronger rules on conflict of interest and the use of artificial intelligence.
The program opened with a prayer led by Mr. Rafael Patrick M. Pecjo, Chair of the Commission
on Elementary Education, and welcome remarks from Board President Br. Bernard S. Oca, FSC.
